Joomla Component  19.09.08

I am looking for a joomla component that can perform a basic content approval process.

Example scenario:
- Editor edits content in an article. It is by default not published.
- Manager/Administrator views the content and approves the content
- The approved content gets published

If anyone has done something similar, would be better.
Please provide joomla sites that you have done in the past.
