Joomla Multipul Installation 01.12.08
can we edit one installation of joomla so
1. in installation process it asks for two databse
a. for Central user db
b. for contents db
2. modify registeration according to dbs
so ones its done i can upload the joomla package in any server and make as many installations as i want with same structure i think you need to modify it once only
the point is that all joomla installations has one Central db for users only
and each installation one separate database for their own contents
thats the whole project
and databases are move able so owner can change the config file and put any mysql server ip or anything
did you understand all requirements?
so how the joomla will work after its modified and installed, i mean when some one registers how it will handle the data?
it should be like
when the installation is modified and registration pages should be modified too and all other information/settings needed to read the username/pass/email from the user database and rest of data from its own database,
i can select you today but if my questions are cleared.
