Joomla Registration Form Valid 07.02.08

We have a database of names and addresses set-up. We ONLY want people that are on this list to be able to register at our site. So, when they are filling out the registration form, we want them to be able to (in the bottom section) search for their address. Their address must match their last name in the database in order for them to be able to continue.
So we need for you to make this work as well as create some sort of easy way for them to search for their address because there will be hundreds of addresses and we can not expect them to just find it in a drop-down like this. Perhaps a small pop-up search box?
Hopefully this is a quick thing for someone that knows what they’re doing here.
