Joomla Torrent Tracker Module  17.08.08

I need a private torrent tracker extension developed to integrate in my Joomla based site. It will be used for completely legal purposes and open-source content.

I currently run Joomla 1.5.6 with Community Builder 1.2 RC2.
I also have an extension called Advanced Profile Control.

My community has two different types of users, which are created through Advanced Profile Control. I need one profile type to be able to submit torrent files, while both types can download them.

The tracker system also needs to support ratio-based tracking.
