need someone who can configure a mailer to where it hits 90-100% mailboxes… set to deliver upwards of 5000 emails per day… since the ips get blacklisted need to be able to reconfigure periodically.. (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: PHP, Script Installation, Website Security)
