What I need done:

I want to create a Massive Multiplayer “geopolitical” Online Game (MMOG) similar to

The actualy game itself will be based in the middle ages. Primarily this is a web browser text based game, the main focus will be on teamwork with players working together in “clan” type kingdoms to ultimately control the geopolitical sphere they will be populating.

What I already have versus what the provider will build:

At the momment we have a pretty detailed draft of what needs to be done, with exact features we want to see in the game and in some cases even formulas which would most likely be used. There will be some unique features, such as an improved war system and map, but overal most of the ideas are already defined and we have a good idea of how the end product will look (very little creativity will be needed here)

Other context/requirements that providers will need to know:

Overal this is a very basic clean design, very little to no graphics involved whatsoever. What is important to me is that the providers give me a good explanation as to how my product will function (bank transactions, servers, search advertisement ect) and also explain how to make some basic code adjustments on my own.

Specific expertise that I am seeking:

I would prefer a code such as PHP or some other widely used language so as to be able to update the game independently if needed. Ideally this should be people which have had experience in making online games.

Budget:

Budget is highly flxible, i would like to have an agreement based on performance. TIme, quality, service play a huge role. The budget can be above 10,000US$ and i could order similar projects on a regular basis if i am happy with the provider. In the above project i am looking to be paying in stages

Alpha coding stage: around 3000US$ (basic testing stage)
Beta coding stage: around 3000US$ (available to public)
FInal version: around 3000US$ (fully completed)
(This is an estimate and is flexible after negotiations)
I am also willing to potntially talk about partnership with a % of profits for providers interested in continuing administration and continual development of the game.

Timeframe for delivery:

This depends on what the provider can offer. Ideally the faster the better. If i can get a good quality product faster than the timeframes defined then great. I could be willing to increase the budget to get faster results, assuming it does not negatively influence the game quality.

Alpha version: Within 3 months
Beta version: Within 5 months
Finished product: Up to 9 months
