Multi-level User Auth System-1 23.02.08
We require a multi-level user authentication and display system (similar to the Plesk Control Panel functionality) where the Admin user can create,list,edit,delete Client Users, and create,list,edit,delete Domain Users and Lower level of Email User that can manage personal settings.
This should be programmed compatible for PHP4/5 and MySQL 4/5 based on a template/layout provided by us. There should be the ability to add future pages and functionality as required.
A secrecy agreement will be required to ensure the code and functionality remains between the programmer and us.

It is our intention to build on this application in future with additions like - Reports, Stats, Graphs, Traffic Accounting etc. so we need to work with a programmer that is willing and committed to long term work at reasonable prices without trying to make a large profit from this one single project in isolation of the rest.
