Multiple Website Project 12.06.08
1. If you are bidding on this project, post on the message board with your TOP 3 websites you have designed. This means: your best work. The design of these websites is very important to me, and I want top quality design and programming. I will want a design professional yet simple, something along the lines of Apple.com
2. If you do not speak FLUENT English, please do NOT bid on this project. I am not discriminating, but I need to communicate in English with my Designer/Programmers as this project is being developed. Thank you
3. Project Details:
- You will be developing 2 websites (to start, and another one or two in the next 6 months or so, using similar layouts).
- These will be Real Estate and Vehicle Auction related
- These websites will have extremely similar layouts/design/structure and programming
- Programming:
- User Sign-Up
- User Creation
- User Login/Logout
- Merchant Account Integration
- User can cancel/deactivate account/recurring billing
- Will integrate a database from another server into this website
- Will develop algorithms/programming based on the database:
-ie: Enter your zip code –> shows property listings within 50 mile radius
- My Account Page
- Logo Designed.. etc
I WILL PROVIDE AN IN DEPTH/DETAILED SCOPE FOR THE DESIGN/PROGRAMMING TEAM. You will have a very good idea of what direction to take with the site, and all text necessary on hand.
I am a professional and expect to work with professionals. There are obviously numerous other details regarding this project, but the following summary encompasses what I will need:

2. Competent Programmers capable of Database Work, Merchant Account Integration, User Management/Sign-Up, and more
3. Professionals fluent in English that do NOT lag/delay on deadlines and are able to respond to e-mails within 24 hours.

I would like to have all design and initial programming done by late June. At this point I will have my merchant processor review the sites and then provide Merchant information, where you will THEN tie-in user sign-up to card processing, and also the ability for the user to cancel.
