I Need a Custom Dating Site built from the Ground up.

1) The Dating site will have similar features to Jdate.Com and eligiblegreeks.com

2) The Site differs from other dating sites because it is a local dating site for a small town with a population of about 30 thousand people.

3) After Site is built, the proper hosting account will be selected and you the programmer will upload Site, and make sure everything is running properly

4)I really would prefer you have Great and extensive feedback, but all programmers are welcomed to bid.
