Looking to have a site built that is exactly like this.

Anyone that has built matrix programs, or cycler programs in the past, should know how to program the script or possibly have a script already built they can use.
Not looking to spend to much as I have 2 other programmers that can do it, but I have them busy with other projects right now, and would like to get this cycler site online as soon as possible.
