That is how the compensation plan and core functions will work, some things can be slightly different, but the cycles and matrix system will be the same.
I have had reasonable bids on this project from other programmers, and Im looking for programmers to bid $1000 and less. Obviously, the less the better for me, but I want someone who knows what a Matrix is, and is familair developing/designing projects in this area.
