Need To Setup An Cron Job  07.09.08

Hi all
I need a cron job to be set in Godaddy hosting. They allowed 10 cron jobs to be run in an hour.

I just completed a wordpress plugin. But dont know how to set the cron job PHP file.

i need you set the cron job within 15 min. from my approval.
