This site is for health professionals within a certain niche to contact, file share, share case studies, show presentations, network, discuss the latest news, blog, and generally be connected to each other. The functionality of the site needs to be a mix between a social networking site, business networking site and a dating site. A DESIRED feature list is below. All features not necessary. The #1 priority is EASE OF USE!

- Banner Ads Rotate
- Profile page with customized fields (clinic size, practice specialty, list of vendors used)
- Users to view and search other user’s profiles by field described above
- Blog/Forum/live chat?
- File Exchange private and public
- Job board
- Ability to form groups (similar to facebook)
- Affiliate or advertising for rotating banner or tower ads
-A friends list for users viewable by others in network
- Photo viewable when profile searched
- Every user can make profile (about 4000 users expected)
- Admin must approve all users
- Detect and display how many users and guests are online at any given time (not totally necessary)
- Ability to upload videos from conferences
- Status update similar to facebook
