Npa/nxx Lookup Tool 22.09.08
I have an idea for a simple tool on the surface but could be a bit complicated on the backend.
Basically, all I want to do is to be able translate a physical address to ILEC npa/nxx and CLLI code.
Example:
101 N 3rd St
Yakima, WA 98901
Would return: 425/225 YAKMAWA02
Where (425) is the area code and (225) is the prefix
YAKMAWA02 is the CLLI code
The challenge is that there is no database ( that I have been able to locate ) which can do this.
Currently we have to manually use google maps to locate address and then search for nearby businesses using * wildcard, and finally look for phone numbers of nearby businesses and match them to a database we have which tell us if it is a valid ILEC npa/nxx.
If we can do this manually, I suspect that we could automate it as well. The key is to be able to get a list of phone numbers of nearby businesses so we can crunch them against our npa/nxx database.
Please respond only if you think you have an understanding of what I need and if you have the expertise to develop this.
