Online Courier Booking Form 29.01.08
Looking for an online form to be produced allowing visitors to the website to book a courier service/collection and delivery.
There would be about 5 courier services to choose from and then some timed options (i.e. 9am delivery etc..) which would add on to the cost.
The form would take all the information from the customer:
Contact details
Collection Details
Delivery Details
Parcel Details
Parcel Service Required
Then i would like it to send them to google checkout for payment, then upon cleared payment it would send them back to a confirmation page and email them and myself the order form to be processed by me manually.
