we have a software and our client wants a quote for a online system:
The sytem requires. That a user is given access to a control panel where he can add properties ( dattabase ) like bedrooms, kictehm and images etc…
Properties should also be searched by bedrooms price area etc.. Plus have the option to select certain properties and then be emailed or printed out. The print outs will be pdfs that are like a windown display you woul see in a real estate office..
they can also add clents, who may want to view properties.. and make appointments on a calender etc..
They also, should be able to add these properties to there own site, or even to other property portals by way of a xml feed.
There account will only be activeated with a serial number ( key ) and should have a visua look like or simlar to this.

now whe you bid.. we want someone who has done this type of work before and can provide a fast service.. Vut we want a long term relationship with you.. Not just a job n thats finished.. we want constant updates.
We should also own the rights and its not to be resold..
