Paypal Coding Issue  17.09.08

I have a big issue with 1shopping cart. Everything was working fine but from
yesterday. I am having problem

This is the issue

If you go to this link http://www.vish-writer.com/recommends/30daychallenge you will be redirected to a 1shopping cart page. On the middle you will see a paypal button. Till
yesterday when i clicked on it it used to go to the paypal page. But from
today it is going back to the 1shopping cart page and giving error because of some thing which the shoppingcart guys did.

1shopping cart is not helping me with this issue. Can u tell me a fix this has worked for the last one year and it is only from today i am having issues.

The paypal code and everything is fine. I have been using this for the last so
many months

i have a launch from tomorrow. My skype id is vignesh6266 and my email id

I also have few other things and would be glad if you could come online or let
me know a time i can reach you
I guess the form code has to be change to ahref but i am not a technical guy .

I need a quick and simple fix for this please
