Pdf Upload Script  20.08.08

Hello

I need an script where i can upload pdf files and rename the files, pretty simple.

When i have uploaded an pdf file to the server, i would like to have dropdown box or something where i can choose an pdf file by using the name i have gave the files, and when i have selected an pdf file, i has to be able to download the file afterwards

Bonus, if done fast :)
