Perl/cgi Web App Modifications 14.05.08
* Need to make single opt-in email script = double opt-in and fix a MySQL update issue in script.
* Also need email tracking functionality added (sent – delivered – opened – unopened – Active – Bounced).
* Need functionality added to post email to blog. If successful, then other work will immediately follow.
