Looking for a family or friends photo,video sharing site. Not so much for the public to view the content but for family and friends to share media easley. Not looking for a You Tube clone. You can get a good idea for what I looking for at phanfare.com. Here are some features I’m looking for

Easy to navigate
Media has zoom in on mouse over
Nice photo,video player with features
Users:
Users control who sees media(friend,family,groups)
Usres control friends,family,groups in there list
Easy single uploads or batch uploads
Users can organize,edit,tag,slideshow,rename media
Users can message each other
Messages for the user like new media people in there contact list may have uploaded since last logon
Users can create categories and albums for them and other users to view easley
Users can email a invite,picture,slideslow,and so on
Admin:
Nice looking easy to navigate with control over everthing
Things like:
Usres
Media
Usres can only have so much stoarge on free membership
Pricing for memberships
Edit memberships
And anything that would have to do with the site
