Php & Css Edits To Software 12.10.08

I have the iDevAffilate.com program on my server and need a couple of changes to the program that are pretty quick & simple to do for anybody who is a PHP professional and know HTML and CSS well. Below are the edits that I need.
1. Work with the .tpl files to add our simple template to the affiliate back office to make it customized.
2. Remove the iDevAffiliate company link from the affiliate back office pages.
3. Add 2 lines of important texts to the home page of the affiliate back office.
4. Place a special link/line of code on the home page of the affiliate back office that leads to our pay card company.
These edits need to be done within 24 hours of close of bid. They are not extensive and can be done in a short time by someone who knows what they are doing.
