Php Homepage Redesign 13.12.08
I am looking to have my homepage redesigned. It is coded in PHP and has a few style sheets controlling the look. The Homepage is not fluid the way it should, i am looking for suggestions to redesign homepage only for now, if i really like the work, i will be back for more site projects.

All the features on the front page: videos, text, reviews, deals, new users are controlled by the admin or some function of users that determine output.
I am unhappy with the layout of the homepage and the formatting of some of the features.. The Image flash is expendable, but i plan to make the reviews a key part of the site very soon.
This is just for the homepage, but programmer must know php, css well in order to alter and not to damage the functionality of the page.
