We have a completed framework of a website created to W3C XHTML 1.0 transitional standards that requires coding in PHP & MySQL, whilst utilizing Mod-Rewrite for SEO that will eventually be housed on a Windows 2003 server running PHP 5.2.4 and MySQL.
The website is a property directory for users to register, advertise properties for private sale or view properties for sale in the U.K only. All of the design work and HTML is done – it simply needs a solid developer to design the database structure, code the classes and apply the code to the website pages and the CMS templates.
The site will eventually run under SSL using a Verisign certificate. We want the site to be well coded to a high standard to prevent any injection or library attacks.

The winning bidder needs to be an experienced professional with a solid track record with websites of this nature in their portfolio, be flexible and open to some amends or adjustments which naturally occur in projects of this scale.
Our own in house web development team is at full capacity therefore we are outsourcing on this occasion. Only bid if you can deliver the project at a competitive rate, within 5-6 weeks. The website will eventually be housed on our own dedicated server, however please develop locally and present on your own hosting prior to handing over the code.
Selected contractor will be paid in two installments. 1 on commencement, 1 on delivery of fully debugged, signed off project. Payment method to be discussed – please bill in Pounds Sterling only.
