This is a PHP & MySQL project with minor javascript, css and data entry requirements.
This project will be bid on as a whole but the winner will break the bid into three parts according to the following:
- Part 1: Pages 9 - 19 plus 41 & 42
- Part 2: Pages 20 - 30
- Part 3: pages 31 to completion.
I will escrow only that portion of the total that is allocated to the part being worked on. At the completion of a part I will release the funds for that portion of the project and escrow the next payment amount.
The winning bidder will illustrate an understanding of the requirements set before them (some intelligent questions could show that you have read the document) and have strong communications skills.
After the completion of this three part project there are at least two other parts of this total project that will be set out for bid. If the winner of this project works out they will have priority on the other two.
