Php Order Form 01.12.08
I need an order form created in PHP and integrated into my website. The order form will be very similar to the form here: r-e-v-i-s-i-t-o-r-s.com If you can use some Ajax programming with the form to make it easier to use for my visitors that would be a plus. I am open to expert advice/suggestions.
I can give you my site’s URL through the message board if needed, but my site and current order form is programmed in PHP as well. PHP Experts only! Please type “ireadthis” in your bid so I know you actually read this description and aren’t just submitting bids on everything.
