Php Zip Code Help Today  10.10.08

OK I had a zip code locator script developed here (they also used yahoo yui to do it so it may not hurt to be familiar with this.), it appeared to be working fine, but I have found an issue where it is causing a few valid zip codes not to return any results even though the information is in the tables properly. I need help to get this fixed today. I will only take bids for 1 hour.
