I need a very simple and secure Content Management System that can be simply uploaded to any folder and find predefined XML, HTML, and TXT files to edit. By find I mean, it will look in a certain folder for the files and if they are there, it will show that these files are available to be edited. If the files are not present, then they will not show up to be edited. If possible, no database, just a simple write feature that will allow a user to type into a WYSIWYG type editor or form as the case may be and save. I will also need the ability to upload mp3s, video, and images to predefined folders associated with certain pages. Please understand that these pages will be simply code, no need for real design features, and the WYSIWYG editor will be extremely limited to alignment for both text and images, bold, underline, italic, font size, color. Video, mp3, and gallery will function somewhat similarly with various different options, but all will be xml based so the ability to add new items is key, along with the various child nodes that accompany the specific file. I can see this being handled by a form, with the ability to add 1 or multiple items and delete existing items.
the ftp information for upload feature needs to be plug and play, and not hard coded. admin login needs to be secure and editable.
Would be nice if the interface was ajax or flex based, with that slick web 2.0 look.
All of the frontend is handled, so please no bids on frontend design. I simply need the CMS.
