We need a clone of ordering system similar to

We prefer a provider having similar system already developed. No matter if its a custom development or based in a existing ecommerce solution. Multilingual interface, good usability, easy customization and extension its a must.
We like a provider able to keep software updated and secured but don’t want to depend on anybody, need whole sources, including rights to change or resell as we like. Please provide url to current ecommerce sites via PM.
