Re-design Web Template 24.09.08
I am looking for someone to design a custom template based on the script at www.project-rafs.com. You can see the existing script and template in action at that site.
I want a new banner, horizontal menu, background and a couple custom features.
Once the design is created, I would like the script to be integrated within the template.
