I have a database referral site that is 80% completed the admin control panel, and the payment gateway and functions are not completed. I am looking for a programmer who can complete the script install and configure onto my server and make it a functional operational site. I have attached the zip file of the files attached please look it over and see if you are able to complete it. If so please bid on the project.

This is the entire breakdown of the sitews features, majority is already done, what is not done I need completed.

1) Ability to add/remove categories and sub-categories and list pricing for each

sub-category under that category via control panel at any time.
2) categories to display on home page to be selected by buyers
3) ability to add/remove bvanner advertisements on homepage
4) Section for: About us, contact us, How Quoting Works, Frequently Asked Questions,

BuyerZone.com Vendors,Articles, About BuyerZone, etc.
5) automatic display through category selection on right hand side of page of TOP quoting

categories throughout site
6) buyers control panel - where buyers can log in and see their recent project postings and

update and/or change their posting, • Company Information, View/update your contact

information, Newsletter Subscriptions, View/update e-mail preferences, Quote Requests, View

your quoting history
7) Vendor Control Panel - Where vendors can: View/update contact information, View/update

billing information, View/update category profile(s), View monthly lead reports 8) Billing cycle once a month for all vendors to be billed at the same time, we will need it

where they put their credit card onfile and in the backend it is charged through 2co.com

once a month, we might later on change toi authorize.net so we need that option to switch.
9) The buyer must beable to submit a project via the selected category.
10) once project is submitted must go to admin to approve before post to vendors.
11)once approved by siute admin project is emailed to vendors listed under that city, state,

category who will then receive the project and be billed for it.
12) buyer will then receive an email with all the vendors who will be contacting them for

their posted project.
13) vendor can log into control panel and see project he received by month and category he

is listed to receive project from.
14) must have ability credit page for vendor to request credit
15) must have ability to issue or denie credit via admin control panel
16) automated credit issue if granted for vendor.
17) ability for buyer to cancel project
18) ability to change prices for each project to be charged to each vendor at any time

20) On the categories and pricing page must have a “view sample lead”
21) when a vendor signs up they will be charged a $49 account maintenance fee, this fee must

be charged right away and the fee amount must beable to add/remove or change at any time via

the control panel
22) must have ability to have vendors sign up for sample leads, when vendor put in their

email address they will receive a sample lead to the email address as if it were a real lead

just to show them how it works, the would be a mock up lead on that is fake that is already

created to send as a test.
23) ability to do mass credit for a project so if a lead ends up being fake we can submit an

automatic credit to all the vendors whom were charged with one click.
24) each lead must be issued a lead number, this lead number will be the main source for

tracking, billing and creditng leads.
25) ability to have buyers rate and review the vendor and ability to have buyers browsing

review the reviews for that vendor via the vendors progile page.
