Registration Page For Wwwboard 17.09.08
Need someone to add a Registration page for the discussion board (wwwboard), so new user would have to SIGN UP before they can post any thread, and existing user would have to LOGIN before they can post any thread.

In the registration page, user must enter a system generated security code (CAPTCHA) before they submit.

In addition, the discussion board is cgi coded, if you can convert it to php and mysql based, please us know and we are happy to negotiate the budget with you.
