Registration Page Updates Php 14.04.08
I have an existing registration page that asks the user for 8 fields and saves input to an existing database. It also takes the user to a custom welcome page when they login.
I would like to modify this form to collect more information and also to send the user to one of 3 separate web pages based on their answers . Additional information will also be requested on this next page and added to the database. Multiple Checkboxes or buttons would be preferred and the user should only be able to select one choice.
For example; Input field reads; Are you a Employee, Manager, or Administrator?
If user enters Manager they will be taken to Managers Page.
Once they arrive at Managers page they will be asked for additional info.
Additional info will be added to the records database.
When they login to the site again using their username, they should be taken straight to a Managers page which contains all their information.
I will need this in a format that I can write the HTML around and make the forms fit on my existing webpages. I can write the HTML. I just may need some support/advice for inserting the code within my HTML.
Registration page is working on my website. I just need changs made to improve the site. The current fields are: Firstname, Lastname, Username, Password, EmailAddress, PhoneNumber, County and Hours. I would like to add additional field for multiple choice.
