Remove Carriage Returns In Csv 29.09.08
I need a script to do the following: perl or php ONLY
Take my .csv which has 1,000’s of records, 10 columns. There is a long decription column and a short description column that will may line breaks and commas.
E.g.:

Requirements:
1. The csv will need to be psv–pipe seperated values
2. All extra line breaks need to be removed so that an entry is only 1 line, line breaks need to be replaced with <br /> tags.
