I am looking for a freelancer that can work with me on a very small budget Cheap) to design a review site for a single subject with many categories. The review will be based on people sharing their opinions about the category in question.
People from different countries around the world would need to be able to leave a review based on these categories in their city/country. For example, I can log on to Amsterdam to read reviews about the category in question or log on to New York and read review about NYC. So country and cities specific.
Some of the sites I like are notebookreview.com/ and epinions.com/ but with a focus on one category only and cities/countries specific.
reviewcentre.com/consumer_reviews13.html and http://review.zdnet.com/ and many more out there. Mine do not have to be this extensive as the sites I mentioned above, I just like them
