website needed based on referral type award sites with a few tweaks.
website will be referral optional
user logs in to system and can complete offers that have been placed in categories worth a determined monetary value, upon confirmation of offer completion, the money will be placed in the users “bank.” users can opt to get referrals, for each offer completed by a referral the referrer also gets paid adding money to the bank. users can cash out at any time. also, some offers will be repeatable, not just one time.
admin control panel will require access to all user information, ability to add offers in detail with respective monetary value. the website will have to be “smart” and be able to “fetch” csv reports from admin specified sites and apply auto-credit to users. control panel will also require a support ticket system, and the ability to check viability of orders.
site will require php/mysql synchronization.
site needs to be almost fully auto-piloted.
bid will also include design of frontpage as well as all others. admin panel needs to be usable by anyone.
site will need ongoing support and help during debugging and testing.
i have a very specific idea of what this should look and feel like, just need a means to manifest it into reality.
