I have an auction site written in php and I need a coder who knows rewrite different links. With that, the site will has friendly SEO.
I have the following types of links:
http://www.domain.com/subcat.php?cate_id=182&view=list
http://www.domain.com/category.php?cate_id=219&view=list
And I would like to have:
http://antiques.domain.com/
http://antiques.domain.com/architectural-garden/
Where id 182 is category of Antiques.
Where id 219 is subcategory Architectural & Garden inside category of Antiques.
I also need the following types of links:
http://www.domain.com/signin.php
Will be:
http://www.domain.com/login/
I don’t know if you are going to do via .htaccess or in new php file. If you do in .htaccess that file must be hidden to other people. That is, the people who write in browser http://www.domain.com/.htaccess will have a message like error 400 page, prohibition or not found.
The winner must say me how can I rewrite the same rules if I have a subdomain in the site.
