Russian - Ukrainian Programmer 14.05.08
1)I need a Russian or Ukrainian programmer to create or clone an sms sending script (web to mobile) for Russian and Ukrainian users.
Needs to be using Russian and Ukrainian telephone operators such as Beeline, Kyivstar, Jeans, etc., basically any operator in these countries who offers free web to mobile sms service.
Example sites that use similar scripts:
smstik.ru (can this be cloned?)
sms-ka.info (the sms sending script on top right of the page)
www.heo.ru/otpravka.php
2) If you can also design a Web 2.0 style site (something along the lines of smstik.ru) and incorporate the script, add placeholders for ads, an admin panel (in English) so I can change ads, add pages, etc., so much the better.

My main need is #1. Don’t quote me for just #2
