Script For Html Form 01.02.08
I have a form that i need a script writing to control some of the fields.
I have 8 product types. Each type has various sizes. I want the user to select a product type from a pull down list box in my form, and then have the next pull down list box show the sizes available. Once the sze was selected, this would then enter the product code into a third input fied. The user would then select the quantity that he required.
Altrntively, if the user typed in the product code directly into box3, the product type and size would automatically be selected in the previous 2 fields.
I wish this to run in a form, and i will handle the form layout and the page layout - all i need is for someone to do the value handling..obviously the values must be carried through to the post method.
There are 8 product types, and each type may have upto 30 different izes. I can supply these in a spreadsheet if required. I’d prefer to have the database of items as a seperate file on the server that can easily be edited / added to / subtracted from etc (if this is possible !)
