Script To Convert .avi To .flv  25.07.08

I need someone that can make me a script to do the following:

- Php page that allows me to download a .avi file from a remote server on to my server and converts it to .flv
- Shows the progress of the conversion + the files being converted on an admin panel
- Upon completion I require that the script send me an email.
- Help me install this script on a ffmpeg enable server & help me install another script so that I can unrar files on the server (Unrar Script will be provided)

** This script is only for personal use so the design isn’t required. 100Mbp Connection + Dedicated server will be provided to run this script.
