Seeking Web Developer 19.05.08
This is what I want:
I have many ideas for web sites.
I need someone that I can present it to and they do it.
They have many skills. have an eye for design. good at Flash, graphics, etc. Have programming skills in all arenas.
Prefer Ukranian, Romanian or Russian programmers unless you can prove you are really good otherwise.
Good communication and turnaround times.
Long term possible.
