Self Billing Invoice System 21.03.08
I need a self billing invoice system built & ready to use for my online affilite network. As its self billing I will be producing the invoices on behalf of my clients issued to my company for payment.
The system needs to allow setup & storage of my company details & logo which will be the customer on all invoices.
I then need to be able to enter all suppliers (clients) details into a database so that when producing an invoice I can just select their company name from a drop down menu & then their company name, address, tel number & Vat number details will be added to the invoice as the supplier.
My company name, Logo, address, tel number & vat number will always appear as the customer.
I already have an example invoice layout that I can provide.
The system should store all invoices and have 2 sections - Paid & Unpaid. When the invoice is first produced it should be set as unpaid with a a box to enter a Bacs payment reference number & a button to click once paid then moving it into the Paid area.
Other features:
Option to view all paid & unpaid invoices on screen.
Option to email invoices as an attachment directly from this system (as clients emails already stored in contact details). ie. I will setup my mail server details so it connects and sends the email directly. The email will have a subject & message with the pdf invoice attached.
Must be in UK currency only & automatically calcutate Vat if selected.
Vat rates can be stored for auto calcualation.
Auto numbering of invoices.
Auto Date setting.
Customers bank sort code & account number produced on invoice from data stored.
I need this project completing as soon as possible.
