I am looking for someone who can build the framework for a database driven website that allows customers to create a user account in a secure environment, subscribe to a service, pay for the service on a per-use basis, upload documents to finalize their service order and then track the progress of that service order. Again, all this in a secure environment.
Needless to say the other pages within the website will be promotional material to explain the service for sale.
