I’ve got a pretty simple website to realise.
I need a back end to manage a product comparison website, templates has already been created by myself.
I need a database in PostgreSQL to keep the datas.
All you have to do is to create the database and to create the whole administration system from basic html to php.
Plus you’ll have to use shopping.com’s api to display product prices.(xml)

We will escrow 100% of the project price before you start.
To make sure you stick to deadlines, we will apply a 10% discount per day of delays. In other word, if the project cost is $100 and you have 2 days of delays, you’ll only get $80.
We are talking about business working days here (5 days per week).
