This feature needs to be developed as a plugin (product) in proper way, so that upgrading it will be not too hard. Please review vbulletin site to clearly undrestand what plugin/product means to see if you can follow vbulletin’s coding guidelines in order to make a plugin which installs into the vbulletin engine.
If you have done this project already, it will be a big plus.
