we need a clone of a sms sending website.
We would supply you the html forms, so you have to add the php logic.
SMS sending will be done with http requests
We need these core features:
Instead of using pure html/php please use extjs. to reach a better look and feel of the app
Multi User, Rights and role management (e.g. for functions in the app)
documented source code
scheduled sms sending
