Split Test Web Pages 01.04.08
I have an urgent (and I mean urgent) need to have some web work done. Knowledge of Dreamweaver and code insertion extremely important. Here is the scope of work:
1) My client has a website which needs to have a split testing campaign run on one of the pages. We want to run this program to verify which version of the web page generates the most downloads of a free report. We will be using http://www.vertster.com and have an account set up.
2) I will need someone to help me set this up. One page (the current web page, or part A) is already set up. The new page (for part B of the split test) has not yet been created.
3) Here’s how the flow path should be for each page .
Part A page is already designed and live on the internet. When someone comes to this page, they simply click on multiple links to download audio tracks and the related free report.
Part B this page will need to be created. It should have the same content as part A. The only exception is that the visitor wants to download the audios and free report he/she will need to provide some demographic data (e.g. email address, grades taught, subjects taught, zip code). Once they have provided the demographic data (and they have been reassured that this data is being collected ONLY to better understand how to create more reports meeting their needs), they will be directed to a page where they can download the audio tracks and the report.
4) What we need to happen is that page A and B need to alternate for the purpose of split testing.
So, the bottom line of this project is that I need 2 web pages built. I also need a way to capture demographic data and since my client uses PHPList, we will use this to collect the data.
In addition to building the 2 web pages, which I believe is all you need, but there may be three pages) you will need to set up the split testing on Verster and also set up the demographic collection form, etc. in PHPList.
Timeline before 11 PM Central Standard Time USA Tonight (April 1st). And no this is not an April Fool’s Day joke.
Payment will pay 50% upfront, 50% when completed. I want to award this quickly .so faster bidders will be more likely to get the project.
