Ssl And Open_basedir Issues 09.06.08
Hi,
We have a site that is running Joomla CMS and a component called CiviCRM. WE are having a problem with the SSL certificate for the site, and we seem to be having an open_basedir issue causing blank screens when we try to access the component from the front and back ends of the CMS. Server is running Apache with Plesk installed. We have shell access.
Also, this is a development account, so the domain name is different than the SSL certificate is assigned to, and that has caused some errors.
We got this to work BEFORE we added the SSL certificate by adding a vhost.conf file. Now, however, it doesn’t.
Basically, we just need assitance in getting this issue fixed so that:
1. Component works and does not produce blanks screens
2. SSL certificate works.
3. SSL works on development account if possible.
