Hello I am looking for a programmer to write a software or a code to extract information from the following public site

http://www.gwinnettdailypost.net/GDP-Legals/legals.html when you click on the site click on the link that says foreclosures.

What I am looking for is extracting the content of the public notice on the site and have in excel format.

Below is a sample of a legal notice

The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. To the best knowledge and belief of the undersigned, the party in possession of the property is Cristina Abboud or a tenant or tenants and said property is more commonly known as 1209 Alpha Dr, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30043.
The sale will be conducted subject (1) to confirmation that the sale is not prohibited under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and (2) to final confirmation and audit of the status of the loan with the holder of the security deed.

What I need is the following to be placed in excel format once the key data has been extracted by the site. Every month there are new listings and would need a program that will be able to run the search and extract the data I need in a simple line.

If you notice the Name of Party is always followed by the words “Security deed given by”, The Bank name is followed by the words ” as last transferred to” Bank Address is listed after the banks name, “deed book”, “Page” Etc.
