Text To Html Conversion 30.06.08

I have a very easy project, but it is going to take some time.
I have 875 Articles in .txt files and I need them converted to HTML files. I also need the formatted correctly and the article title removed so that only that article portion shows correctly.
These articles were from an article spinner… which generates variations of an article and puts them out in txt files. However, the php randomizers doesn’t format the files correctly unless they are in HTML.
I would like you to take the files, copy them into your HTML editor, make sure they are clean, delete the title at top, and then save them as HTML.
Very easy project, and time will depend on speed. I will have this project on a monthly basis if you are interested and do a good job.
I’ll give more details once project awarded.

I’m attaching 2 files… One is an example of how the articles come and the other is the HTML verson of the file I would like you to create. 875 of them.
