Vbulletin Template Redesign  16.02.09

I have a vBulletin forum located at http://www.bluedogsupport.com/forums/ . I has been customized to match… http://www.bluedoghosting.com/ which is a Joomla template. I am not happy with the overall look. I would like someone to redesign the template so the menus at the top and bottom match the joomla template. We would also like the vBulletin menu at the top to be moved lower into the user area. I would also like the designer to take a bit of time and make the viewing of messages a little more pleasing.
